POLICY INFORMATION AND SECURITY
Guarantee – We completion of all contracted deliverables. (Disclaimer: All resources and tools provided by our clients must meet the standard operating requirements to ensure the guarantee applies*)
Refund Policy: All Invoice payments are final. If your agreed target parameters are not met, PBS will evaluate the concerns and will present solutions to remedy the issue to your satisfaction.
Service Structure: All our services are priced at an Hourly Rate, for a minimum of 40 Hours per week. When you Sign Up for one of our services you enter an on-going agreement for a minimum of 160 hours per month, and you shall be billed weekly for the completed service of the previous week.
Cancellation Policy: We require a 2-week cancellation notice, Immediate cancellation will result in the 2-week deposit being forfeited and the service terminated immediately.
Deposit Policy: We require a 2-week Deposit to ensure the commitment of our clients and safety of our employees. This deposit is non-refundable, in the event you decide to cancel the service, the deposit will be applied towards the 2-week cancellation notice required. During that time we will cease billing you till the effective termination date.
Client Data & Tools:
Any Logins, Data, Tools or Resources provided by our clients are protected under the NDA in the Sign-Up Agreement and is safely stored on our servers. In the event you cancel your agreement with us, all relevant data is purged on the effective termination date.
How do we protect customer information?
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make Signing Up at our site possible and to enhance your overall Sign Up experience. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
We guarantee that every transaction you make at our site will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of Signing Up with us.
